<br />27. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004- 48 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THEe CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND HAYS COUNTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />EMERGENCYWATERSHED PROTECTION PROGRAM ON THE BLANCO <br />RIVER; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The attached interlocal agreement between the City of San Marcos <br />and Hays County in connection with the Emergency Watershed Protection Program on the <br />Blanco River is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. This interlocal agreement is entered into pursuant to the Interlocal <br />Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. <br /> <br />PART 3. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary, is authorized to execute the <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 4.
