<br />139 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1974-14-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />EXECUTE AN EXTENSION OF THE ANNUAL ARRANGEMENTS <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING <br />AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has previously participated in the <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Annual Arrangements Program with the Department of Housing and Urban <br /> <br />Development; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos desires to continue participation in said <br /> <br />program and to do so requires the execution of an extension of the Letter of <br /> <br />Agreement with the Department of Housing and Urban Development; now, <br /> <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUN~IL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />Part 1. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, be, and is hereby, <br /> <br />authorized to execute an extension of the Annual Arrangements Letter of <br /> <br />Agreement to December 31, 1974, on behalf of said City with the Department <br /> <br />of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Part 2.
