<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE !\D. 1974 - 38 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />S TAT.E OF T.EXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the 22nd day of July, 1974, the City Council of the <br /> <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the <br /> <br />regular meeting place in the City Hall of said City, with the <br />following members present, to wit: <br />DR. EMMIE CRADDOCK, <br />T.EDBBEIHAN <br />BILL CUNNINGHAM <br />BILL DIBRELL <br />LUCIANO FLOBES <br />JOHN HANSEN <br />KENNETH SU'ITON <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />City Secretary <br />none , constituting <br /> <br />a quorum, and proceedings were had as follows: <br />Councilman Craddock introduced the proposed ordinance <br />and same was read in full. Councilman Dibrell moved that <br />the rule requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting <br />of the City Council be suspended, and that this ordinance be <br />passed as an emergency measure as stated in the preamble of <br />said ordinance, and that said ordinance become effective im- <br />mediately from and after its passage. Motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Flores The motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AYES: <br />Cunningham <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock and Councilmen <br />Dibrell <br /> <br />Breihan <br /> <br />Flores <br /> <br />Hansen Sutton <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />Councilman Dibrell moved that the ordinance be passed <br />finally. The motion was seconded by Councilman Flores <br />
