M. VERAMEN- <br />DI LEAGUE NO. TWO, A/K/A 925 BUGG LANE, FROM <br />"R-i" (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT) TO "C" <br />(COMMERCIAL USE). <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the following described piece of real property lo- <br /> <br />cated in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned <br /> <br />"R-i" (Single-Family Dwelling District) henceforth shall be rezoned <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />TRACT I. BEGINNING at an old iron pipe on the <br />Northeast line of Bugg Lane at a large corner <br />fence post for the most Southern corner of a <br />tract of land conveyed by R. B. Bowden, et ux, <br />to Glenn C. Salisbury by a deed, dated November <br />1, 1946, now of record in Vol. 136, Pages 287- <br />89, Hays County Deed Records, and the most Western <br />corner of a tract of land heretofore described <br />in and conveyed by a deed, dated December 22, <br />1947, now of record in Vol. 140, Pages 243-44, <br />Hays County Deed Records, wherein Katherine <br />Thompson Rich, et vir, were grantors and J. M. <br />Johnson, w~as gran~ee~ and the beginning corner <br />is th~ mQ.st Western corner of the property here- <br />by ~onveye~; <br /> <br />THENCE, with an old fence and the Southeast line <br />of the heretofore mentioned Salisbury's tract of <br />land, N. 43° 25' E. 301.35 feet to a point for <br />corner; <br /> <br />THENCE, S. 48° 03' E. 300.1 feet to a point for <br />corner, the same being the most Eastern corner <br />of the property hereby conveyed; <br /> <br />THENCE, S. 43° 25' W. 301.35 feet to an iron pipe <br />on the Northeast line of Bugg Lane for the most <br />Southern corner of the property hereby conveyed; <br /> <br />THENCE, with an old fence and the Northeast line <br />of Bugg Lane, N. 48° 03' W. 300.1 feet, more or <br />less, to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing <br />2.0765 acres, more or less, and being a part of <br />that identical real property heretofore described <br />in and conveyed by a deed, dated December 22, 1947, <br />now of record in Vol. 140, Pages 243-44, Hays County <br />Deed Records, wherein Katherine Thompson Rich, et <br />vir, were grantors and J.
