Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3 Discussion on upcoming annual appointments to the various Boards and Commissions, and <br />provide direction to Staff. <br />The San Marcos City Council provided direction to bring back the nominations for the various <br />Boards and Commissions at the Regular Meeting scheduled for Monday, November 1, 2010. <br />4.
