Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code § 551.071 to receive advice of legal counsel; and <br />Section 551.072, deliberation regarding real property <br />A. Advice regarding conditional use permits regulating on- premise consumption of alcohol in the <br />Central Business Area Zoning District. <br />B. Deliberate the purchase of land in the southwestern portion of San Marcos for expansion and <br />improvement of the city's water system. <br />
