• RESOLUTION 2011 - 91 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS OF THE FIRST <br />AMENDMENT OF FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE LYNDON <br />BAINES JOHNSON MUSUEM OF SAN MARCOS TO ALLOW THE USE <br />OF THE CITY'S FUNDING FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN <br />ELEVATOR IN ADDITION TO THE ARTIFACTS STORAGE ROOM <br />AND CURATION ROOM IMPROVEMENTS; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached First Amendment of Funding Agreement with the Lyndon <br />Baines Johnson Museum of San Marcos is hereby approved to allow the use of the City's funding <br />for design and construction of an elevator in addition to the artifacts storage room and curation <br />room improvements described in Exhibit A of the Funding Agreement previously executed on <br />May 18, 2010. The city manager is authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the city. <br />PART 2.
