RECIT ALS: 1. The Sunset Advisory Commission, in its June 14, 2004 report to the City Council, recommended that the City Council change the composition and role of the Youth Commission. 2. The City Council wishes to implement this recommendation of the Sunset Advisory Commission. 3. The City Council wishes to appoint new Youth Commission members to take effect simultaneously with the change in composition. I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 2.362 of the City Code is amended as follows (underlining indicates added text; overstrike indicates deleted text): Sec. 2.362. Established; composition; terms. (a) The San Marcos Youth Commission is established. The commission is composed of M nine members appointed by the city council:-:;: and shall consist of three persons representing youth-serving agencies and six at-large positions.
