<br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDI-
<br />NANCE 1976-31 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIA-
<br />TIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO.
<br />8; AMENDING ORDINANCE 1978-43 WHICH DETER-
<br />MINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING
<br />ENTITLEMENT NO. 10; AMENDING ORDINANCE
<br />1979-38 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR
<br />REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO. 11; AMENDING
<br />ORDINANCE 1981-70 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIA-
<br />TIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO. 13
<br />AND AMENDING ORDINANCE 1982-42 WHICH DETER-
<br />MINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING EN-
<br />TITLEMENT NO. 14 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

<br />ORDINANCE 1982-53
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September
<br />13, 1976, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas,
<br />adopted the budget for said City for the fiscal year be-
<br />ginning October 1, 1976, and ending on September 30, 1977;
<br />and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for
<br />funds received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No.8; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that a
<br />public necessity exists which requires amendment of said
<br />budget and reappropriation of the funds from Revenue Sharing
<br />Entitlement No.8; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September
<br />13, 1978, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas,
<br />adopted the budget for said City for the fiscal year be-
<br />ginning October 1, 1978, and ending on September 30, 1979;
<br />and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for
<br />funds received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 10; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that a
<br />public necessity exists which requires amendment of said
<br />budget and reafpropriation of the funds from Revenue Sharing
<br />Entitlement No. 10; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September
<br />10, 1979, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas,
<br />adopted the budget for said City for the fiscal year be-
<br />ginning October 1, 1979, and ending on September 30, 1980;
<br />and,
<br />
<br />~mEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for
<br />funds received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 11; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that a
<br />public necessity exists which requires amendment of said
<br />budget and reappropriation of the funds from Revenue Sharing
<br />Entitlement No. 11; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September
