<br />47 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1982-56R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LEASE BETWEEN <br />SAID CITY AND WALTER H. MENGDEN FOR PORTABLE <br />HANGAR SPACE AT SAN ~ffiRCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE ~ffiYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE <br />SAID LEASE ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Walter H. Mengden desires to enter into a lease <br />with the City of San Marcos, Texas, for space at the San Marcos <br />Municipal Airport on which to place a portable hangar for avia- <br />tion related purposes; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of said City hereby finds and <br />determines that such a lease of space at said Airport is <br />desirable and in the best interest of said City; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the Lease between the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, and Walter H. Mengden for portable hangar space at the <br />San Marcos ~1unicipal Airport, a copy of which is attached hereto, <br />be, and the same is hereby, approved pursuant to the terms and <br />conditions expressed therein. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />Emmie Craddock, be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute <br />said lease on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
