FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE RIO VISTA <br />TERRACE SUBDIVISION RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />P ART 1.
