RESOLUTION 2012 - 40R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND HAYS COUNTY ANIMAL HOSPITAL, PC IN AN AMOUNT <br />NOT TO EXCEED $90,000.00 ANNUALLY FOR THE PROVISION OF <br />PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY SERVICES FOR ANIMALS UNDER <br />THE CARE AND SUPERVISION OF THE CITY'S ANIMAL SHELTER; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and Hays County Animal <br />Hospital, PC for the provision of professional veterinary services for animals under the care and <br />supervision of the City's Animal Shelter in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00 annually is <br />approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br />City. <br />PART 3.
