<br />l25 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1997- l23 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; <br />TEXAS APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO SALINAS CONSTRUCTION <br />TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE CHISOS <br />STREET CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City of San Marcos engaged the services of Salinas Construction <br />Technologies, Inc. ("Contractor") for the completion of the Chisos Street Construction <br />Project. <br /> <br />2. These services were provided pursuant to a contract between the City and <br />the Contractor, executed on September 11, 1996. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The project known as the Chisos Street Construction Project has been <br />completed pursuant to that contract of September 11, 1996 between the City and Salinas <br />Construction Technologies, Inc. and is accepted by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 2. Final payment in the amount of $3,165.38 to Salinas Construction <br />Technologies, Inc. for these services is authorized. <br /> <br />PART 3.
