<br />70 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1996- 134 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO <br />CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TOWARDS THE SH123/FM621. <br />INTERSECTION REALIGNMENT PROJECT; AUTHORIZING <br />,- THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF <br />! OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. T~e terms and conditions of the attached agreement between the City and <br />the Texas Department of Transportation for the contribution of funds by the City towards <br />the costs of the SH123/FM621 intersection .realignment project are approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Mayor, Billy G. Moore, is authorized to execute this Agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br />. <br />PART 3.
