Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:31 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2012 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Receive a Staff presentation and update on the Comprehensive Master Plan, and <br />provide direction to Staff. <br />The presentation was provided by Bill Taylor, Donna Hill, Jane Hughson, Lisa Prewitt and <br />Betsy Robertson. Following the presentation the Council provided consensus to allow for <br />more time for Comprehensive Master Plan to be completed. The date of understood <br />completion being March 1, 2013. <br />4. Receive a Presentation by Nore Winter of Winter & Co., on the new proposed <br />SmartCode Architectural Standards, and provide direction to staff. <br />Nore Winter of Winter & Co provided the presentation regarding the architectural standards <br />that had been developed for the SmartCode. <br />
