<br /> 43 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 62 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF AN AGREE~1ENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND CARTER AND <br /> BURGESS, INC. FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br /> WITH IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL <br /> AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> \-lHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to engage <br /> the services of Carter and Burgess, Inc., for the provJ.sJ.on <br /> of consulting services in connection with improvements to the <br /> San Marcos Municipal Airport; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART l. That the terms and conditions of an <br /> agreement with Carter and Burgess, Inc. for the provision of <br /> consulting services, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, be <br /> and he is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
