<br /> III <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 82 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AMENDED BY- <br /> LAWS FOR THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7.04 of the City Charter provides for the <br /> establishment of rules of procedure by the Planning Commission; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved By-Laws for the Planning <br /> Commission in Resolution 1990-145R; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the approval <br /> by the City Council of the By-Laws attached to this resolution in <br /> order to make certain revisions to the previously adopted By-Laws; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the By-Laws of the City of San Marcos Planning <br /> commission attached to this resolution are hereby approved as the <br /> rules of procedure for the Planning Commission. <br /> PART 2.
