<br /> 128 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 85 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF A PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY AND DRUG FREE SAN MARCOS; AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to enter into a partnership <br />agreement with Drug Free San Marcos (DFSM) in order to promote as <br />a community goal the reduction of alcohol and drug abuse and the <br />consequences of such abuse; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Partnership <br />Agreement attached to this Resolution between the City and Drug <br />Free San Marcos are hereby approved. <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br />authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
