<br /> 139 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 141 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH DARRELL <br /> DODSON FOR CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES IN <br /> CONNECTION ~HTH THE EAST SIDE INTERCEPTOR <br /> PROJECT;AUTHORIZING THE CITY ~~NAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on November lØ, 1992, the City of San <br /> Marcos entered into a contract with Wm. H. Gray Construction <br /> Company, Inc. for the construction of the East Side <br /> Interceptor Project; and; <br /> WHEREAS, the City engineer on the East Side <br /> Interceptor Project has recommended that the City engage <br /> Darrell Dodson for the provision of the necessary <br /> construction inspection services; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an <br /> agreement with Darrell Dodson; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAL'if MARC OS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That an agreement between Darrell Dodson <br /> and the City for the provision of construction inspection <br /> services in connection with the East Side Interceptor <br /> Project, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein for all intents and purposes is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, <br /> is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of <br /> the City of San Marcos. <br /> PART 3.
