<br />RESOLUTION 1991- 46 R 25 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED LEASE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND HAYS COUNTY HOMESPUN, <br />EC I . , INC.; AUTHORI ZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT, AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />desires to enter into an agreement with HAYS COUNTY HOMESPUN, ECI . , <br />Inc. for the lease from the City of property located at 4Øl Jackman <br />Street, San Marcos, Texas; now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the proposed lease <br />agreement between the City and the HAYS COUNTY HOMESPUN, ECI., Inc., a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br />purposes, are hereby in all things approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br />authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
