Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071 to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or a matter involving attorney - client privilege (Loop 110); Section 551.074, to discuss duties of public officers (Council Members), Section 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from a business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations, or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to such a business prospect (Development Proposal - Hunter Road area; Project Ribbon; Economic Development Contract). The Mayor stated the Council will not be discussing the Loop 110 item. The Council adjourned into Executive Session at 6:03 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz announced the Council would reconvene at 6:59 p.m.
