Mr. Guerra moved to ap- <br /> prove the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unani- <br /> mously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of a nomination <br /> to the Hays County Appraisal District Board of Directors, by adoption <br /> of Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, NOMINATING A CANDIDATE FOR THE BOARD <br /> OF DIRECTORS OF THE HAYS COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT <br /> FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1984; DIRECTING <br /> THE MAYOR TO SUBMIT THE NAME OF THE NOMINEE TO THE <br /> COUNTY CLERK OF HAYS COUNTY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECT- <br /> IVE DATE. <br /> lv1ayor Craddock moved to nominate Fred Guerra and for adoption of the <br /> Resolution and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the fol- <br /> lowing vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Kreczmer, Moore. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Guerra. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an appoint- <br /> ment to the CAPCO Housing Finance Corporation. Mr. Farr moved to <br /> reappoint Tess Norris and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, which passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> * Mr. Brown was present at 8:10 p.m. <br />
