RB~OLl1TION 1990- -59 R <br /> ('\: - <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A <br /> PROPOSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL, INC. AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City has engaged the services of Sawtelle, Goode, <br /> Davidson & Troilo and Fred Saffer and Associates as professional <br /> consultants in connection with the electric utility rate increase <br /> request of the Lower Colorado River Authority in pending Docket 9427 <br /> before the Public Utility Commission of Texas; and, <br /> WHEREAS, these consultants have recommended that the City engage <br /> the services of Resource Management International, Inc. (RMI) for the <br /> preparation and presentation of expert testimony in Docket 9427 on the <br /> subject of debt service coverage; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Professional <br /> Services Agreement attached to this Resolution between the City and RMI <br /> pertaining to expert testimony in Public Utility Commission Docket No. <br /> 9427 are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br /> authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
