<br /> 146 <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1989-82R <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR GROUNDWATER ASSESSMENT <br /> CONSULTING SERVICES WITH MCCULLEY, FRICK AND GILMAN INC. <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San <br /> Marcos, Texas, as follows: <br /> 1. That the Contract for Groundwater Assessment Consulting <br /> Services with McCulley, Frick and Gilman Inc. attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein for all purposes is hereby approved; and <br /> 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> said Contract on behalf of the City of San Marcos; and <br /> 3.
