OF SAt\1 AN'l"ONIO, TEXAS, FOR THE <br /> PROVISION 'IO SAID CITY OF AERIAL fHOn:x::RAPHY AND <br /> MAPPING SERVICES IN COJ\¡, \JECTION PI'IH 'mE SAID CITY'S <br /> CŒlRJTERIZED 1",!APPING PROJECT: AUTHORIZING THE CI'IY <br /> MANAGER'IO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT; AND DECLARlf\"G AN <br /> EFFæTIVE DATE. <br /> vJHEREAS, the City Counc il of the City of San Marcos, 'Texas desires <br /> to enter into a Professional Services Þqreement with DAM, Inc. of San <br /> Antonio, Texas for the provision to said City of aerial photography and <br /> mapping services in connection with said City's computerized mapping <br /> proiect: now, therefore, <br /> BE IT REillL\lED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'IY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. 'Ihat the terms and conditions of that proposed <br /> Professional Service Agreement between said City and UAM, Inc. of San <br /> Antonio, Texas, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein for all purposes, for provision to said City of aerial <br /> photography and mappirv;¡ services in connection with said City's <br /> computerized mapping project, are hereby in all things approved. <br /> PART 2. 'Ihat the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized <br /> to execute said agreement. <br /> PART 3.
