Hankins <br />Director of Finance Nora Chavez <br />Director of Planning Frank Robbins <br />Director of Public Works George Boeker <br />Director of Env. and Engineering Steve Jenkins <br /> <br />Also Present: Joe Pacheco, Ken Kraus, Jim Gandy, Mrs. Musgrave, Robert <br />Fisher, Maria Prieto, Hugh Snelling, Jim Byrn, Ray Longoria, Dan Nelson, <br />Gregg Echols, Jesse Estrada, Clarence Miller, Melissa Millecam and <br />others. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting held January 28, 1985. Ms. Kissler moved to approve <br />the minutes and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Spec~.al Meeting held February 4, 1985. Mr. Farr moved to approve <br />the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. Mr. Moore requested <br />the minutes be, changed to reflect he voted NAY on Page 2 in the next <br />to last paragraph. On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Moore. <br /> <br />NAY: None. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: Guerra. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of six appoint- <br />ments to the Central Texas Higher Education Authority. Mayor Craddock <br />moved that Patty Sullivan, Kathi Castoldi, John Morrisset, Soila Rod- <br />riguez, Kathy Morris and Jerri Martin all be reappointed and Mr. Farr <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance <br />on emergency, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE 1984-86 ADOPTED <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 1984 WHICH SET FORTH AN ITEMIZED ESTIM- <br />ATE OF THE EXPENSE OF CONDUCTING EACH ADMINISTRATIVE <br />UNIT OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAID CITY FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1984 AND ENDING ON <br />SEPTEMBER 30, 1985, AND APPROPRIATED MONEY FOR THE <br />VARIOUS FUNDS AND PURPOSES OF SUCH ESTIMATE; TO RE- <br />VISE SAID ESTIMATES AND TO REAPPROPRIATE SAID FUNDS; <br />ADOPTING SAID REVISIONS AND ESTIMATES AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />* Mr. Brown was not present at this meeting. <br />
