9 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, MARCH 11, 1985 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members Karl W. Brown Bill Coddington Gerald G. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 25, 1985. Mr. Brown moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held February 26, 1985. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Kissler. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held February 27, 1985. Ms. Kissler moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held March 4, 1985. Ms. Kissler moved for ap- proval of the minutes and l-1r. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration confirmation of the City Manager's reappointment to the Personnel Appeals Board. Mayor Craddock moved for confirmation of the City Manager's reappointment of Dr. Frank Rich and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. * Mr. Moore was present at 7:40 p.m.
