<br /> Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes
<br /> of the Regular Meeting held March 11/ 1985. Mr. Guerra moved for ap-
<br /> proval and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
<br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of one appoint-
<br /> ment to complete the vacancy of Elida Mendez on the Reinvestment Zone
<br /> Number One/ City of San Marcos, Texas (Jasba). Mr. Coddington moved
<br /> to appoint Will Price and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion, which
<br /> passed unanimously.
<br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration a public hearing and approv-
<br /> al of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as fol-
<br /> lows:
