l03 ORDINANCE 1983-4 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, REPEALING ORDINANCE 81-78, ADOPTED OCTOBER 12, 1981, WHICH SET RATES OF FARE FOR PASSENGERS OF VEHICLES PROVIDING SHUTTLE SERVICE OVER REGULAR ROUTES BETWEEN WIMBERLEY, TEXAS, AND LOCATIONS WITH- IN SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AND AIRPORT LIMOUSINE SERVICE OVER IRREGULAR ROUTES BETWEEN AIRPORTS IN AUSTIN, TEXAS, AND SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, AND LOCATIONS WITHIN SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Ordinance 81-78 of the City of San Marcos, Texas, set rates of fare for passengers of vehicles providing shuttle service over regular routes between Wimberley, Texas, and locations within San Marcos, Texas, setting rates of fare for passengers of vehicles providing airport limousine service over irregular routes between airports in Austin, Texas, and San Antonio, Texas, and locations within San Marcos, Texas; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, hereby finds and determines that said services are not currently being provided and have not been provided since the adoption of said ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance 81-78 of the City of San Marcos, Texas, adopted October 12, 1981, is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days from and after its final passage and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
