61 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, JANUARY 25, 1988 PRESENT = Hayor J. E. Younger Mayor Pro-Tem Council Members Gerald G. Farr Karl W. Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held January 8, 1988. Mr. Nicola stated he did not support the TDC facility at the primary site but did not object to the facility being placed elsewhere in Hays County. Mayor Younger moved to amend the minutes on the first page to delete the following sentence, ",l'-1r. Nicola stated he is not supportive of the facili ty in Hays County," and to attach the transcript of !-ir. Nicola IS statements at the January 8, 1988 Emergency Meeting, and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Younger, Hernandez, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kissler. On roll call for approval of the minutes the following vote was record- ed: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Younger, Hernandez, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kissler. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 11/ 1988. Mr. Brown moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
