Gilley <br />Myron Galchutt <br />George Boeker <br />Jack Doughty <br />Steve Jenkins <br /> <br />Also Present: Larry Brinkmeyer, Austin Curlee, Judy Mitchell, Dan <br />Corbett, Jim Gandy, Bill Plummer, Kathy Morris, Jane Hughson, Ruben <br />Garza, Billy Moore, David Williford, Mark Eendricks, Patty Wenk and <br />others. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting held March 28, 1988. Ms. Kissler moved for approval <br />of the minutes and Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion, which passed <br />unani:mously. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Special Meeting held April 4,1988. Mr. Brown moved for approval <br />of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unani- <br />mously. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of seven appoint- <br />ments to the Main Street Advisory Board. Mr. Farr moved to reappoint <br />Terry Serur (Downtown Business Owner), reappoint Don Rains (or his <br />Designee, County Official), reappoint Darlene Dorsey (Downtown Busi- <br />ness Owner), appoint Margie Moore (at large) and appoint Angie Serna <br />(Hispanic Chamber of Commerce), and Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. The other two appointments will be rescheduled <br />for the April 25 Agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance on <br />emergency, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, ADOPTING CHAPTER 5 1/2, TEMPORARY FOOD <br />SERVICE FACILITIES REGULATING TWO CATEGORIES OF TEMPORARY <br />FOOD SERVICE FACILITIES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />Ms. Kissler moved for adoption of the Ordinance on emergency and Mr. <br />Brown seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was record- <br />ed: <br /> <br />AYE: <br /> <br />Brown, Farr, Younger, Hernandez, Kissler. <br /> <br />NAY: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Guerra. <br /> <br />* Mr. Nicola was not present at this meeting. <br />
