Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held March 23, 1987. Mr. Brown moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unani- mously (Mr. Coddington present to vote on this item - 7:37 p.m.). Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held March 23, 1987. Ms. Kissler moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Guerrü seconded the motion, which passed unani- mously. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held April 2, 1987. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Heeting held April 6, 1987. Ms. Kissler moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the fol- lowing vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Younger, Guerra, Kissler. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Nicola. * Mr. Coddington was present at 7:37 p.m.
