Mayor Morris moved to reappoint <br />Marcie McCollum, reappoint Jack Thackston, reappoint Eddy Etheredge, <br />reappoint Cindy Kolb, appoint Bill Henry, appoint Rob Robinson and <br />move Sonya Kibby from the representative of developers to <br />representative of the Heritage Association, and Mr. Plummer moved to <br />appoint Tony Wilson, which passed unanimously. One more appointment <br />to represent the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will be scheduled <br />April 27. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance <br />on emergency, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE 1991-1992 <br />FISCAL YEAR TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR BUILDING RENOVATIONS FOR THE <br />ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPARTMENT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />Ms. Kissler moved for adoption of the Ordinance on emergency and Mr. <br />Moore seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Mr. Guerra left <br />the meeting at 7:45 p.m. and was not present to vote on this <br />matter). <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance <br />on emergency, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE 1991-1992 <br />FISCAL YEAR TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS TO <br />SERVE THE NEW LIBRARY; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />Mr. Moore moved for adoption of the Ordinance on emergency and Ms. <br />Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Mr. Guerra <br />not present to vote on this item). <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance <br />on emergency, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />* Mr. Guerra left at 7:45 p.m. and returned at 8:29 p.m. <br />
