Bill Higgs stated he wanted to give the City a <br />donation, not in the form of money,'but in the form of advice. He <br />advised the City to live within the budget, reward responsibility <br />and punish irresponsibility and rescind the Sewer Surcharge <br />Ordinance. Paul Terry requested the Council consider amending the <br />Sewer Surcharge Ordinance in section 3 to replace "non-residential" <br />with "industrial". <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of two <br />appointments to the Library Board. Mayor Morris moved to appoint <br />Louis Moloney, Mr. Moore moved to appoint Pat Prado and Mr. Mooney <br />moved to appoint Larry Dupont (lives outside City limits). Dupont and Moloney will be the two new members of the <br />Library Board. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of an appointment <br />to complete a vacancy on the Zoning Commission. Mr. Moore moved to <br />appoint Leslie Saucedo, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of three <br />appointments to the Main Street Advisory Board. Mayor Morris moved <br />to appoint Ed Moseley and Mr. Plummer moved to appoint John Cooper <br />and Marsha Cooper, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />* Mr. Guerra present at 8:18 p.m. <br />
