There were no speakers. <br />Mayor Morris introduced for approval a board appointment to the Historic Preservation <br />Commission. Mr. Hart moved to appoint Charles Waldrip to represent the Downtown District <br />and Mr. Moore moved to appoint Donna Hill to the new At-Large position, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Morris introduced for approval a board appointment to the Zoning Board of Adjustments <br />and Appeals. Mr. Hart moved to appoint Wesley Nichols, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Morris introduced for approval two board appointments to the Central Texas Higher <br />Education Authority Board. Mayor Morris moved to appoint Susan Hardin, Mr. Moore moved <br />to appoint Joe Kenworthy and Mr. Guerra moved to appoint Carl Contreras. On roll call the <br />following vote was recorded: <br />Kenworthy: Moore, Mooney, Guerra, Cox, Hernandez. <br />Hardin: Hart, Morris. <br />Contreras: Moore, Mooney, Hart, Morris, Guerra, Cox, Hernandez. <br />Mayor Morris introduced for approval seven board appointments to the Main Street Advisory <br />Board. Mayor Morris moved to reappoint Valerie Guzman, John Cooper, Marsha Cooper and <br />Gay Callaway. Mr. Cox moved to appoint Sabrina Koch. Mr. Hart moved to appoint Sue Briggs <br />to the At-Large position and move Johnny Finch to the Downtown position, which passed <br />unanimously. Mayor Morris requested the Hispanic Chamber position be appointed at the next <br />Council meeting.
