(1) Buddy <br />Mostyn expressed concern for the speed of traffic at 1000 Prospect at the <br />Wonder World parking lot. He stated speed bumps or other control is <br />needed for safety. (2) Donald Allen stated he has lived on Aquarena <br />Springs Drive for 29 years and needs to move because of the new <br />development (zoning matter on this agenda). (3) Salbador Cadena stated <br />there is still smell from the sewer plant and hopes many will be in <br />attendance at the meeting on Thursday to address the neighborhood <br />concerns. (4) Nancy Nelson stated she would speak during the public <br />hearing on her specific use permit request. (5) Laura Schneider stated <br />she would speak later in the meeting regarding truck traffic on Bishop <br />Street. (6) Joe Schneider stated he would speak later in the meeting to <br />the same item as Mrs. Schneider. (7) Joe Hesalroad will speak later in <br />the meeting. (8) Sheila Jalufka will speak at a public hearing later in <br />the meeting. (9) Lydia Juarez will speak later in the meeting on the <br />rezoning matter on Mill Street. (10) Stephanie Guthrie will speak on an <br />item later in the meeting. (11) Martha and Marcos Rocha will speak to <br />Item 4.C. later in the meeting. (12) Scott Guthrie will speak during the <br />public hearing on Item 4.C. (13) Janie Sumano will speak to Item 4.C. <br />later. (14) Saul Gonzales will speak to Item 4. C.
