Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 6:02 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code §551.072-Deliberation Regarding Real <br />Property, and §551.087-Deliberation Regarding Economic Development Negotiation, the San <br />Marcos City Council convened into Executive Session at 6:03 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 <br />in order to continue discussing matters pertaining to: <br />• A.
