Rolland Hesalroad <br />stated he wanted to speak on Item S on this agenda. Manuel Villa stated <br />he is President of Via Technology Computer Company in San Antonio stated <br />he wanted to speak regarding Item 16 on this agenda. He stated he had <br />received no communication from the City rescinding the award of contract <br />and asked the City to consider giving him two weeks to deliver. Tom <br />McNair stated he is President of the Hughson Heights Neighborhood <br />Association and wants, to speak regarding Item S on this agenda, the Sector <br />2 Plan. He stated he wants to compliment the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission on their work. Mr. McNair stated he is in support of this <br />Ordinance and wanted to emphasize the SO-foot buffer and stated he did not <br />have a clear understanding of the community commercial designation. He <br />wants a clearer idea what it entails. <br />Mayor Chiu introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to the <br />Cemetery Commission. No nominations were placed into consideration, and <br />this appointment will be rescheduled. <br />* Ms. Tatum was not present at this meeting. <br />
