Alvarez, <br />Jared Bishop, Mitchell Wyatt, Jacob Hageman, Phil Neighbors, George VonderLippe, John <br />McBride, Jon Cradit, Tom Wassenich, Rosemary Suniga, Kelly Franks, Chris North, Bob <br />Mooney, Randall Morris, Sherri Russell, Ted Hindson, Irene Hindson, Collette Duran, Jason Fry, <br />Rick Fisher, Gwen Smith, David Chiu and others. <br />Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Mayor Moore introduced the discussion items 10.A, 10.B, 10.C, 10.D, 10.E and 10.F. The <br />Council discussed the length of the agenda and if there was enough time to adequately discuss all <br />items. Mr. Mihalkanin moved to table these items and Mr. Moseley seconded the motion. On <br />roll call the following vote was recorded: <br />AYE: Mihalkanin, Hughson, Doiron, Moore, Moseley, Cox. <br />NAY: Hernandez. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />Mayor Moore introduced the ten-minute citizen comment period. 1. Mark Cusack stated he <br />would like to speak at a later time regarding item 7.G (Edwards Aquifer Regulations Ordinance). <br />2. Wes Wallis stated he would like to speak at a later time regarding item 7.G. 3. Jose <br />Palomino was not present. 4. Betty Starling stated she would like to speak at a later time <br />regarding item 7.G. 5. Mike Stanley stated something needs to be done to protect the Blanco <br />River because there is no life in that river. 6. John Boswell stated he would like to speak at a <br />later time regarding item 7.G. 7. Rolland Hesalroad stated he urged the City Council to adopt <br />the Edwards Aquifer Regulation Ordinance. The Neighborhood Association met on February 6, <br />2000 in the Public Library and commended Larry Sowards for his participation at the meeting <br />and his involvement in the community. 8. Marty Sorell stated she would like for the Edwards <br />Aquifer Ordinance to be adopted by the City Council. 9. Mark Carter stated he attended the <br />Neighborhood Association meeting on February 6, 2000 and discovered that our drinking water <br />is supplied from Lake Dunlap. He would much rather have spring water for the community's <br />drinking water supply. 10. Harvey Ginsburg stated his wife has always made great tea but the <br />appearance of the tea has changed in recent weeks. 11. Guadalupe Carbajal stated the sidewalks <br />downtown have been delayed long enough and hopes the City Council will issue Certificates of <br />Obligation to get this project done. 12. John McBride stated there is a communication problem
