Servs. Ren Patterson <br /> <br />Also Present: Joe Castillo, Craig Corbin, Dianne Wassenich, Tom <br />Wassenich, Randy Rogers, Kelly Kilber, Carol Ceughlin, Dan Gibson, Chuck <br />Nash, Mike Dishman, Jen James, Stephanie Garcia, Harvey Miller, Sherwood <br />Bishop and ethers. <br /> <br />Mayor Chiu called the meeting te order at 7:00 p.m. Mayer Chiu lead the <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Hayer Chiu introduced the Citizen comment period. (1) Steve Uzzell ef the <br />San Marces Rental Properties Association was present te speak regarding <br />Items 11 and 12, regarding noise and parties. Their association is <br />looking for solutions te these problems, and he stated they are concerned <br />with all of the City. They have a significant investment in San Marces <br />and want te prevent problems. {2) Rita Tinsley stated she is a property <br />owner and a landlord in San Harces. She addressed two points regarding <br />the party Ordinance. The definition of residence includes the entire <br />premises, which includes sidewalks and streets. She does net feel she has <br />any jurisdiction te ask people te leave the sidewalk er street. Her <br />second point referenced it being unlawful for a host of a party te block <br />street access/driveways. She does not feel she can ge up and down a <br />street and determine who is in violation, and that the tenant/owner should <br />be held responsible. The host could advise guests/attendees ef this <br />provision. (3} Dan Gibson stated he wanted te speak regarding Items 12, <br /> <br /> <br />
