He stated he is against the adoption of this <br />Ordinance and feels the comprehensive Downtown Parking plan should be <br />approved in its entirety and not piece mealed. 2) Gail Fields, stated she <br />wished to speak on Item 15, an Ordinance regarding the Animal Shelter. She <br />stated she was with the Friends of San Marcos Animal Shelter. She also <br />stated she feels this Ordinance is important for the community and will <br />help the Animal Control Officers to educate the public on the care of their <br /> <br />* Mark Taylor was not present at this meeting. <br />
