<br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br />the Special Meeting held February 8, 1982. Mr. Cavazos moved to approve
<br />the minutes and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unani-
<br />mously.
<br />
<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br />the Regular Meeting held February 8, 1982. Mr. Brown moved to approve
<br />the minutes and Mr. James seconded the motion. On roll call the fol-
<br />lowing vote was recorded:

<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes
<br />of the Special Meeting held February 10, 1982. Mr. Cavazos moved to
<br />approve the minutes and Mr. James seconded the motion. On roll call
<br />the following vote was recorded:

<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes
<br />of the Special Meeting held February 16, 1982. Mr. Brown moved to
<br />approve the minutes and Mr. James seconded the motion, which passed
<br />unanimously.
