Mr. Hart moved to <br />reappoint Jack Lindstrom and reappoint Robert Cavazos and Mayor <br />Morris moved to appoint Allyn Gill, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of six <br />appointments to the Historic Preservation Commission. Mr. Moore <br />moved to reappoint Nina Pryatel (Planning Commission), reappoint <br />Richard Henderson (citizen at large), reappoint Ronald Jager <br />(San Antonio Street Historic District) and reappoint Dianna <br />Murphree (as Belvin Street Historic District member instead of as <br />citizen at large), which passed unanimously. The remaining <br />citizen at large position will be rescheduled January 22, 1990 <br />and the Downtown Historic District appointment will be <br />rescheduled when the Council has adopted an amendment to the <br />Ordinance allowing the Downtown Historic District member to <br />either own property or a business in the Downtown Historic <br />District. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of five <br />appointments to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Mayor <br />Morris moved to appoint Bill Wyatt and reappoint Harvey Mathews <br />and reappoint Lee Shroeder, Ms. Kissler moved to reappoint Mamie <br />Hughes and Mr. Hernandez moved to reappoint Robert Puente, which <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of three <br />appointments to the Senior Citizens Advisory Board. Mayor Morris <br />moved to reappoint Len Fielder, reappoint Alice Morgan and <br />reappoint John T. Holterman, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of an <br />appointment to complete a vacancy on the Commission for Women. <br />Mayor Morris moved to appoint Susie Moore, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of an <br />Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />* Mr. Guerra present at 7:46 p.m. <br />
