Marshall; Alvin Langhamer; Robert Uhr; Shirley Wickersham; Doyle A. Buffington; Jerri Martin; Dani Presswood; Roger Br~ant; Mrs. David Tauch; Kenneth Sutton; Charles Suckle The Mayor Pro Tern called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. The Minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 14, 1974, were approved on motion of Dr. Tauch and second of Mr. Dibrell. The Minutes of the Special Meeting held January 16, 1974 were approved on motion of Dr. Tauch and second of Mr. Cunningham with Councilmen Dibrell and King abstaining. The Minutes of the Special Meeting held January 21, 1974 2343 approved on motion of Mr. Flores and second of Dr. Tauch with Mr. Dibrell abstaining. Mr. King opened a Public Hearing to consider a request for a change in zoning of Lot 73 of the Third0Division of the Park Addition from "R-l" to "M". Mrs. Shirley Wickersham, applicant, was present to request the change. There were no objections voiced. The Mayor Pro Tern closed the hearing and read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES ANDILAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOT 73 OF THE~THIRD DIVISION OF THE PARK ADDITION, LOCATED AT 1109 NORTH L.B.J. DRIVE, FROM "R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO "M" (MIXED). Dr. Tauch moved the Ordinance be approved on first reading. Mr. Dibrell seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. King inti-oduced fOT. consideration an Ordinance on an emergency basis ratifying the Bond Ordinance passed January 16, 1974 and the Follow-Up Order authorizing issuance of Certificates of Obligation passed April 17, 1973. Dr. Tauch moved the Ordinance be approved as an emergency. Mr. Cunningham seconded the motion. On roll call, the following vote was recorded; ) AYE: NAY: Cunningham, Dibrell, King, Flores, Tauch None Mr. King declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. ,.
