To my Ruth Ball, Pastor, Assembly of God Church, gave the <br />Invocation. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the February 28 meeting were approved as presented, <br />on motion 0 Mr. Flores and second of Mrs. Emery. <br /> <br /> <br />o "M" on a 20-acre tract on IH 35 North. He asked if <br />to speak "for" or"against" the proposed change. <br /> <br />The Mayor 0 <br /> <br />a public hearing on a request for change of zoning' <br /> <br />from "If-I" <br />anyone wish <br /> <br />Mr. Robert lovelace, owner of the property, said he had requested <br />the change to build a modern trailer park on the tract. He said he <br />had reviewed the proposed Mobile Home Park Ordinance, and his plans <br />would confor in every way. Right-of-way dedication was also dis- <br />cussed with r. lovelace; <br /> <br />No other per on came forwrd to speak, and the Mayor declared the <br />public heari g closed. <br /> <br />The Mayor in roduced an ordinance with the following caption: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AN ORDINA CE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH <br />REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, <br />STRUCTURE AND (AND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY <br />CHANGING HE ZONING OF A 20-ACRE TRACT OF lAND OUT OF THE <br />J.M. VERA ENDI lEAGUE #2, lOCATED 1200' OFF IH 35 NORTH <br />ON'THE NO THEAST FRONT A{}E ROAD AT TH E REAR OF A 40' DED 1- <br />CATED COU TY ROAD, FROM "R-I" (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) <br />TO "M" (M XED) <br /> <br />Mrs. Emery m ved approval of the ordinance on first reading. <br />Mr. Flores s conded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />
