Tauch, J irn, T . Brown , Juan Ramon Palomo The Mayor called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. Cpuncilman Etheredge gave the Invocation. The.Minutes and Public Hearing of June 28, 1911, were approved as presented, on motion of Mr. Flores, and second of Mrs. Emery. The Mayor opened a public hearing ona request fbr change of zoning, and read an ordinance. Caption of the ordinance is: I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATiON AND USE OF BUI LDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966, (VOL. 32) BY ORDERING CERTAIN ZONING CHANGES, AS SHOWN INTHE BODY HEREOF; AND ESTABUSHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AMENDATORY ORDINANCE The Mayor invited any persons fbI", or agairist, the proposed zoning change to express his views. The Maybropened a public hearing on a request for change of zoning; and read an ordinance. Caption of the ordinance is: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 30F THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966, (VOL. 32) BY ORDERING CERTAIN ZONING CHANGES, AS SHOWN IN THE BODY HEREOF; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AMENDATORY ORDINANCE I The Mayor invited any persons for, or against, the proposed zoning change to express his views. No one came forward. The Mayor closed the public hearing. Councilman DeLa Rosa moved adoption of the ordinance on first reading. MI"'S. Emery seconded the motion,which passed unanimously. Mr. King moved that a mobile home permit be issued for use at 206 Mitchell Street (Lot 22,J.M. Stone Addition),"on recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission. Mr. Flores seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
