Worrell <br /> <br />Visitors: <br /> <br />Warren Freodiger, Mike A~l'uirre, <br />Willard Thorf5, Alfred Borm, Bill Thomas, <br />Bob Watkins, Jerri Veidt, Charles Martin, <br />LannyCravy, Bob Barton, Joe Ca.acho <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the September 8, 1969 meeting were approved as <br />presented, with Dr. Craddock and Mayor Serur abstaining because <br />of absence at the September ~ meet~ng~ <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced an ordinance andteadthe caption: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THAT <br />PORTION or LOOP 82 (ALSO KNOWN AS COLORADO STREET) <br />BETWEEN MOON AND SESSOMS DRIVE; REPEALING ALL ORDI- <br />NANCES IN CONFLICT; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVIS- <br />ION; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION; AND fIXING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF <br /> <br />Dr. Craddock moved adoption of the Ordinance; Mr. Smi'th <br />seconded the motion and on roll call, the following vote <br />was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Craddock, Contreras, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, <br />Smith, Zavesky <br /> <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. <br /> <br />TheiMaY6r introducediro':'firstreading an ordinance annexing <br />the property of Mrs. Jos:lephene fields. . A plat of the property <br />which accomf5anied the petition for annexation received September 8, <br />was examined. Mr. Zavesky moved approval of the annexation <br />ordinance on the firs~reading. Dannelley, Flores, Seror, <br />Smi th, Zavesky <br /> <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed on first ~eadin9~, <br /> <br />Mr. Warren Freudiger, Executive Director of the San Marcos <br />Housing Authority, gave a progress report on construction <br />of the 125 new housing units. He stated the project was 76% <br />completed, and on schedule. Dedication of the new housing <br /> <br />units could be expected early in January, Mr. Freudiger stated. <br />
