Rader, Willard Thorp, M.Aguirre, Martin Cherry, Herbert Yarbrough, Bill Veidt, Lanny Cravy, Jerri Martin. ~harles Martin The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. The Minutes of January 26, 1970 were approved as presented, on Motion of Mr. Zavesky and second of Dr. Craddock. I The, Mayor introducedpnOrdinance by caption, as follows: AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING AND FIXING THE MAXIMUM SCHED~ ULES OF RATES TO BE CHARGED BYPENZOIL UNITED, INC. IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, FOR NATURAL GAS AND NAT- URAL GAS SERVICE FURNISHED BY IT TO RESIDENTIAL AND COM- MERCIAL CONSUMERS, CONTAI.NING DEFINITIONS, FIXING THE EFFECTIVE DATES OF GAS RATES PRESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, MAKING MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS AND REPEALING ALL ORDI- NANCES IN" CONFlICT Mr.,Smith poved adoption of the Ordinance On final ~eacling. Mr. Zavesk'y seconded the motion and, on roll cell the following vote was recorded: AYE: Craddock, Con~reras, Flores, Serur, Smith, Zavesky NAY: None The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed. Approved and Adopted. I The Mayor introduced two Orders for the City Election, April 7. They are attached as par~ of fhe Minutes.. Dr. Cr~ddock moved adoptiOn of an Order Establishing Procedure for City OffiCers' Election. Mr., Zavesky ,seconded the motion,. which passed unani- mously. Dr. Craddock moved adoption of an Order. for City Officers' Election. Mr. Zavesky seconded the motion, whichpassed,unanimously.
