IN <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, FOR NATURAL GAS AND NAT- <br />URAL GAS SERVICE FURNISHED BY IT TO RESIDENTIAL AND COM- <br />MERCIAL CONSUMERS, CONTAI.NING DEFINITIONS, FIXING THE <br />EFFECTIVE DATES OF GAS RATES PRESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, <br />MAKING MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS AND REPEALING ALL ORDI- <br />NANCES IN" CONFlICT <br /> <br />Mr.,Smith poved adoption of the Ordinance On final ~eacling. <br />Mr. Zavesk'y seconded the motion and, on roll cell the following <br />vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Craddock, Con~reras, Flores, Serur, Smith, Zavesky <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed. Approved and Adopted. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced two Orders for the City Election, April 7. <br />They are attached as par~ of fhe Minutes.. Dr. Cr~ddock moved <br />adoptiOn of an Order Establishing Procedure for City OffiCers' <br />Election. Mr., Zavesky ,seconded the motion,. which passed unani- <br />mously. Dr. Craddock moved adoption of an Order. for City Officers' <br />Election. Mr. Zavesky seconded the motion, whichpassed,unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor read the following list of Presiding Judges for six of <br />the seven precincts, and a~ked the Council's approval of their <br />appointment: <br />
