<br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

<br />Dr. Craddock moved ~pproval of the July 13 Minutes, as presented.
<br />Mr. Flores seconded the motion, and on roll call, the following
<br />vote was recorded:

<br />Mr. Yarbrough moved final ~pproval of an ordin~nce annexing
<br />38.61 acres. Mr. Zavesky seconded the motion and on roll call
<br />the following vote was recorded:

<br />The Mayor declared the Drdinance Passed,Approved ~bd-Adopted.
<br />
<br />Mr. King movea approval of an ordinance annexing 167 acres, on
<br />final reading. Mr. Yarbrough seconded the motion and on roll
<br />calL the following vote was recorded:

<br />The Mayor declared the Ordinahce Passed-, Approved and Adopted.

<br />Mr. Zavesky'moved approval of an ordinance closing an alley,
<br />on second reading. Mr. King seconded the motion and on roll
