Hughson; Charles <br />Caffey; Frank Arredondo; Laura Roberts; Mrs. William Pool; <br />Jerri Martin; Melissa Millecam; Rowe Ray; Terry Roberts; and <br />others. <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 10, 1975, were approved on motion <br />of Mr. Sutton and second of Mr. Hansen. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Special Meeting of February 17, 1975, were approved on motion <br />of Mr. Sutton and second of Mr. Hansen. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced a Follow-Up Order authorizing the issuance of Certificates <br />of Obligation No.9, 10, 11 and 12 in the amount of $20,000, total, and cash <br />in the amount of $970, to Bohlmann, Incorporated, for claims incurred in the <br />construction of the new city hall. Mr. Sutton moved approval of the Ordinance <br />as an emergency. Mr. Hansen seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced an Ordinance and read the caption as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ZONING FOR TRAFFIC AND <br />RATE OF SPEED THEREIN, ON S.H. HIGHWAY 123 IN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS; DEFINING SPEEDING AND FIXING A PENALTY THEREFOR; <br />DECLARING WHAT MAY BE A SUFFICIENT COMPLAINT IN PROSECUTIONS HEREUNDER; <br />WITH A SAVING CLAUSE REPEALING CONFLICTING LAWS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />Mr. Dibrell moved approval of the Ordinance, as an emergency. Mr. Cunningham <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor read the caption of a Resolution as follows: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br />CERTIFYING THAT RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR LOOP 82 IN SAN MARCOS HAS BEEN <br />ACQUIRED ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS. <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved approval of the Resolution. Mr. Cunningham seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor read the caption of ac,Resolution as follows: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br />APPROVING AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF WATER AND SEWER LINES AND <br />ATTENDANT EASEMENTS LOCATED IN SUNSET ACRES ADDITION OF SAID CITY. <br /> <br />Mr. Sutton moved approval of the Resolution. Mr. Flores seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br />
